My Dream, My Future...

Everyone has their own dreams, in different thime I believe, and so do you and I.
we have three different dreams. I also have a dream, maybe it is just a little dream, that I want.

In my life i also have a dream, a dream where i am enjoying my life. i want to be an ordinary person like what i am today an ordinary person that is respected. they say being famous is good but what is being famous if they aree trying to bring you down. i also want to have a colorful and meaningful life.
I also would like to found a job so that i would help my family. my dream can be forever a dream but i will do my best to achieve it.

Being an ICT Student

Information and communications technology or information and communication technology, usually abbreviated asICT, is often used as an extended synonym for information technology (IT), but is usually a more general term that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications (telephone lines and wireless signals), computers, middleware as well as necessary software, storage- and audio-visual systems, which enable users to create, access, store, transmit, and manipulate information.
Being an ICT student means being responsible and many hard-works. There are many problems we are about to face in this subject. Sometimes slow internet connection, activities, projects and many more but a lot more things are to be considered like doing all our works without affecting each other.
The T.L.E. subject taught us many things, lessons, and gave us knowledge we can apply in our daily lives so we thank Mrs. Vera Cruz for sharing time with us.

Kannawidan: the Ylocos Festival

Kannawidan. It means the things that we are used to or in tagalog "mga kinagawian" like the cultures and the tradition of Ilocos Sur.   This is also a variation of the word "tawid", which in Ilocano literally means HERITAGE. As Ilocanos, it is our objective to restore our rich historical and cultural heritage of the Ilocos Region.
Kannawidan has lived up to its m ission and vision, that of preserving and perpetuating the rich Iloco cultural, artistic, historical and intellectual heritage.Kannawidan has lived up to its m ission and vision, that of preserving and perpetuating the rich Iloco cultural, artistic, historical and intellectual heritage.
On it’s sixteenth celebration the city of Vigan conducted a lot of activitieslike the Saniata ti Ilocas Sur, trade fairs, games shows and they invited celebrities to perform onstage.

Reflection

This grading period we learned about hyperlinks. Hyperlinks creatively connect the different elements of a media presentation using colored or underlined text or small picture called icon on which the user points and clicks on a mouse.
We used these hyperlinks to create a hypertext to link it with one another. We learned to create web pages. We also did activities involving the html images and linking.
I find making web pages hard but in the end I learned how to do it. You just have to learn it very well.
We learned so much this grading period and we can use it to create pages on the web.

New Year New Me!

Boom! Boom! Boom! It’s a New Year! Goodbye Twenty Eleven! Hello Twenty Twelve!
Another year ends. And another year starts and this year two thousand twelve there will be changes with me. Last year I am not active with the activities at home school and everywhere, I have been staying in my room forever. I have been a bad son, bad brother and a bad student. There are more things to be added and all of it will be changed this 2012.
I’m going to strive harder on my studies and will make choices for my future.

Keeping in Mind our Mother Tongue...

A first language (also mother tongue) is the language a person has learned from birth or within the critical period, or that a person speaks the best and so is often the basis for sociolinguistic identity. In some countries, the terms native language or mother tongue refer to the language of one's ethnic group rather than one's first language.
Once we were born we have what you call our mother tongue. It is the language that we are prone to use or the tongue that we first learn in a critical period. Children growing up in bilingual homes can have more than one mother tongue. Usually child learns the basics of their first language from their family. Incomplete first language skills often make learning other languages difficult. Mother tongue is very important to everyone it identifies the place we grown up and its culture. It is the language that we use to speak with one another.
Mother tongue has therefore a central role in education. It helps us to learn other languages. It is our identification from where are we from so we must keep in mind our mother tongue.

Change...

Everyday we wake up doing the same thing as what we have done yesterday and do it all over again.
“Change is the only thing that is permanent in this world”. The world is in need of change. It needs developments, innovations and actions on different crimes and crisis. We must act in order to make the changes we want for the world. Many of us want change and we can do it by involving ourselves in the different activities and do things for the future like helping each other forward.
We have to keep moving forward and do the changes that is necessary to improve everybody’s lives.
